In September 2023, Air Diffusion Agencies Pty Ltd (ADA) entered into an agreement to acquire the business assets of Paltech Corporation (Aust) Pty Ltd. ADA is a leading manufacturer and supplier of HVAC products with 5 branch locations in South Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory and a polyester and flexible duct manufacturing facility located at Beverley in South Australia. The Paltech branches will continue to trade under the Paltech name.
