The advanced Elevent Swirl ceiling diffuser ensures the highest possible efficiency from your heating or cooling system. Its system of rotational jets encourage optimum mixing of the ambient room air with the heated or cooled air from the diffuser. Winter or summer, you enjoy uniform temperature throughout your living spaces along with greatly reduced draughts. Tradtional cone-type ceiling diffusers produce cool air that descends slowly into your room. In summer this leads to cold air spots and localised stagnation of air if the system isn’t operating at optimum performance. During winter, warm air from cone-type diffusers tends to stay at the ceiling and doesn’t effectively penetrate the living spaces. Square diffusers are usually better at directing warm air downwards during winter, but in summer they can contribute to cool draughts and they don’t mix as thoroughly as the Swirl.
